SHIPPING POLICY
Online orders will be processed & shipped within 5 business days, with most orders ready to ship within 24 hours. Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.
All orders will be shipped with a tracking number and a signature will be required. Aila Blue is not responsible for missing packages that have been recorded by the shipping company as accepted and signed for by the customer or someone signing on behalf of the customer.

If any returned items in your order cause your order value to drop below $100, then a shipping charge of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN POLICY
Ailablue.com accepts returns on orders within 21 days of the order date. We do not offer exchanges. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or to store credit in accordance with our returns policies. You can then place a new order.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, with all tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, ailablue.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
All sale items are final sale only. No returns or exchanges.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING
Ailablue.com offers free worldwide return shipping.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date, and return shipments must arrive within 21 days to be accepted.
Please include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside with the returned merchandise.
All returns must be packaged in a soft envelope or pak. NO BOXES. If your return arrives in a box, this significantly raises the return shipping fee and you may be liable for the difference being deducted from your refund. We suggest saving and using the envelope you receive your order in. Just be sure to remove or cover the old label and barcodes.

FINAL SALE
All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, and items marked as Final Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

All sales are final during Sales, Flash Sales and One Day Sales including Black Friday & Cyber Monday promotions. No returns or exchanges.
DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS
Only one discount code or promotion per transaction. No combining of discount codes or promotions.
PRE ORDER
All pre orders will be charged at the time you place your order. Estimated ship date will be on the product page of the pre order item. Any items additional items purchased that are currently in stock will be shipped separately and immediately. No additional shipping charges will be due.
