As the sun sets over Kill Devil Hills, we follow Steph into her world of cascading dunes that rise like a precipice overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. As the tide turns the earth becomes still. And golden rays of night falling kiss every surface. Her eyes explode with a dazzling vision of light. She is alone with her memories. And alive with all that lays before her. She is awakening. The sea breeze grounds her into this moment. And the salty crisp water gives way to a deep sense of knowing that she is exactly where she is meant to be.
