SHIPPING POLICY

Online orders will be processed & shipped within 3-5 business days. Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.

All orders will be shipped with a tracking number and a signature will be required. Aila Blue is not responsible for missing packages that have been recorded by the shipping company as accepted and signed for by the customer or someone signing on behalf of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES/TAXES INFORMATION

We cover Duties & Taxes for all United States, Australia & New Zealand orders.
All other countries are responsible for paying Duties & Taxes.
Duties, customs tariffs, and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin/manufacturing of the goods purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary based on the product ordered and the specific rates set by the local government. You are responsible for and agree to pay for any duties, tariffs or taxes.

RETURN POLICY

Ailablue.com accepts returns on orders within 14 days of the order date. We do not offer exchanges. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or to store credit in accordance with our returns policies. You can then place a new order.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, with all tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, ailablue.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

All sale items are final sale only. No returns or exchanges.

We do not offer exchanges. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or to store credit in accordance with our returns policies. You can then place a new order.

FINAL SALE

All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, cosmetics, jewelry and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

All sales are final during Sales, Flash Sales and One Day Sales including Black Friday & Cyber Monday promotions. No returns or exchanges.

DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

Only one discount code or promotion per transaction. No combining of discount codes or promotions.

RETURN SHIPPING

Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. Please be sure to use tracking when shipping returned goods as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date, and return shipments must arrive within 14 days to be accepted.

Please include a copy of your packing slip inside with the returned merchandise.

PRE ORDER

All pre orders will be charged at the time you place your order. Estimated ship date will be on the product page of the pre order item. Any items additional items purchased that are currently in stock will be shipped separately and immediately. No additional shipping charges will be due.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

A one-time price adjustment from the original selling price will be issued within 14 days after the date of original purchase. Flash Sales and One-Day Sales are only eligible for price adjustments if the purchase was made within 24 hours of the sale. Contact hello@ailablue.com to process.
